Final Steps

• Schedule your finals meeting with us for the week before your wedding. We can meet via Zoom and discuss all of the below forms.​

• Email your final guest count​ and floor plan

  • Number of adults including Wedding Couple

    • The number of children ages 5-10

    • The number of children under the age of 5

    • The number of house vendors and outside vendors

• A copy of your floor plan with the number of people at each table

• Certified Bank Check made payable to Lessing’s can be mailed to

  • Lessing's PO Box 2277, Aquebogue NY 11931 (10 days before the wedding)

To Complete The Final Appointment You Must Have:

​

• Event items labeled with your Last Names and Date

• Event Check-In List

• Ceremony Processional (if applicable)

• Vendor Information Form

• Credit Card Authorization Form

• Menu, Floor Plan, and Final Payment Must Be Previously Submitted​
